Description

The AJR Filtration MC Series Melt Blown Cartridge Filter provides depth filtration with a gradient design to trap particles throughout the entire cross section of the filter. The molded core prevents collapse even if subjected to higher temperatures. The gradient density allows for optimal dirt holding capacity and minimal change outs. MC series cartridges utilize dual micron gradients for two distinct filter zones.

MC series cartridges are made entirely of FDA 21CFR 177.1520 compliant polypropylene, which provides exceptional chemical compatibility to handle a wide range of process fluids. MC series cartridges offer economical filtration with flow rates of up to 5 GPM per 10in length and a maximum operating temperature of 125°F. MC series cartridges are designed for knife-edge seal housings without the use of gaskets or seals. A wide variety of end cap options are also available.
