The Synder Filtration Industrial UF Treated Reverse Osmosis Membrane is engineered specifically for cathodic paint applications, featuring advanced PVDF membrane technology with consistency across design parameters. It utilizes a 500kDa modified and bonded PVDF membrane with a consistent membrane area of 306 square feet, mounted within a fiberglass hard wrap featuring dual end seals.

The membranes are engineered to deliver a steady-state permeate output of 2.51 ± 10% gallons per minute, with identical operational specifications including a wide pH range of 1-11 and maximum operating temperature of 120°F. They are engineered to withstand challenging industrial environments, with recommended feed rates between 60-80 GPM and inlet pressures ranging from 45-75 PSIG.
