Description

The Global Filter Standard Felt Liquid Filter Bag is constructed with synthetic fibers and designed to trap contaminants in high-flow applications. This liquid bag filter is available in all industry-standard sizes with micron ratings from 1 to 200µ. The polyester, polypropylene, or Nomex materials, along with customizable options, allow it to be adaptable to many applications. These materials are silicone-free and can withstand temperatures up to 275 or 425°F.

Global FIlter felt liquid filter bags are offered in various ring styles. S-ring bags have a galvanized or stainless steel ring sewn into the top. V-ring bags have a specially designed, high-temperature snap seal ring sewn into the top. They are supplied standard with sewn seams with the option of welded seams. Fully-welded bags are available in glazed polypropylene and singed polyester felt, in #1 and #2 sizes with V-seal molded plastic rings.

Polypropylene and polyester bags are supplied with a singed or glazed finish to reduce fiber shedding. These materials also meet the regulations for food contact use under FDA CFR21, Section 177.1520 and EU No. 10/2011, 1935-2004.
