Description

The Global Filter GPB Series Bi-Component Polyolefin Depth Cartridge features thermally bonded co-extruded polyolefin fibers manufactured in a unique and proprietary process. The result is fiber-to-fiber point bonds forming a rigid, fixed-matrix pore structure, which provides a sharpened retention size cutoff. This enhanced matrix rigidity offers greater tolerance to differential pressures and prevents changes in the fiber matrix throughout the filter's life. The GPB series cartridge is available in 9.75 to 40in lengths with optional end caps, o-rings, and gaskets. Gasket and o-ring materials include Buna, EPDM, polyfoam, silicone, and Viton.

The GPB-series filter cartridges are free of additives, wetting agents, binders, and silicone. The construction materials comply with FDA regulations for food and beverage contact as detailed in the US Code of Federal Regulations, 21CFR. Materials used to produce filter media and hardware are deemed safe for contact with foodstuffs per EU Directives 1935/2004, and/or 10/2011.
