The Solberg 2G-QB series is a series of filter silencers made specifically for blower market filter elements. The silencers are made with multiple silencing features: tubular silencing and a quiet band support. Tubular silencing places tubes to maximize attenuation. The quiet band support utilizes "quiet band" technology to suppress sound in the design of the housing. Sizes range from 2 to 12in and options are available for a flange or threaded design depending on size. 

The 2G-QB series of filter silencers have a low pressure drop housing design and are made out of corrosive resistant gray powder coat carbon steel. The paper material silencers have a removal efficiency standard of 99+% to 2 micron, whereas the polyester material options have a removal efficiency standard of 99+% to 5 micron.
