Description
The Coleman Filter FDA Polypropylene String Wound Depth Filter meets FDA requirements for potable liquids, vegetable oils, beverages, organic solvents, water, dilute acids, petroleum oils and other services.
String wound depth filters are created by winding diamonds onto a core with 1 to 4 inches of filtration media. Bleached cotton media filters provide a high dirt holding/retention capability with low media migration. These filters are spun wound to micron ratings from 0.5 to 200 with a temperature rating up to 150°F. Core center material options include polypropylene, tin, 304SS, or 316SS.
