The AJR Filtration SBF and FMC Welded Bag Filter is constructed from nylon monofilament mesh (NMO) available in a wide range of absolute micron ratings. NMO mesh filter media is woven from single-fiber threads, with precise square openings to ensure consistent pore size. AJR SBF and FMC bags have a unique double layer design for stiffness and durability.

SBF bag filters are designed for use in compact bag vessels, and includes a Buna O-ring as standard. FMC filter bags are designed for use in drum filling lines. PTFE and Viton O-rings are optional for both models.
