The AJR Filtration POEX Extended Life Bag Filter is designed for a longer service life and composed of a technologically advanced fiber blend, resulting in a thicker yet lightweight felt with a greater depth-loading structure than traditional felt filter bags. The unique media design results in a significantly increased dirt holding capacity and improved collection efficiency without an increase in initial differential pressure.

The POEX bag filter holds two to four times the dirt capacity of standard felt bags, and meets FDA regulations for food contact per CFR21, section 177.1520. It uses silicone-free construction, and a composite filter media design that is effective for a wide range of particle types and shapes, including gels. The glazed surface finish eliminates downstream fiber migration, and the embossed media and micron rating provides a permanently visible ID.
