The Des-Case Fluid Handling Panel Unit is designed for decontaminating systems, cooling systems, and collecting oil samples for analysis. The unit can filter mineral-based industrial oils and most synthetic oils, with a maximum operating viscosity range of ISO VG 680 (3000ssu/648cSt) at 100°F/38°C and an operating temperature range of -15°F to 150°F (-26°C to 66°C).

The Panel Unit features an automatic pressure relief valve, dual-stage filtration, a durable frame with a drip pan for direct mounting, industrial powder-coated paint, and a one-year warranty. It weighs approximately 100-130 lbs, depending on the selected options, and measures 15.6"L x 23.4"W x 25.8"H.

The unit is constructed with a carbon steel frame, aluminum filter heads, zinc-plated steel and/or brass fittings, aluminum/steel pumps, clear PVC plumbing hoses with steel wire, and Buna-N gaskets. It features a filter indicator that pops at 22psid (1.55bar) to warn when filter elements need replacement, and a pump relief that opens at 65psi (5.49bar).
