The ROGARD Graded Density Polypropylene Media Filter Cartridge is a high-performance filter cartridge designed for various prefiltration applications, such as service deionization (SDI), reverse osmosis, and CDI Continuous Deionization Systems. It features a graded density melt spun polypropylene media design that provides exceptional throughput and high contaminant holding capacity. Gasketed end caps ensure positive sealing that eliminates bypass contamination. These cartridge filters meet the criteria for USP Class VI Biological Tests for Plastics, ensuring no surfactants or coatings interfere with the application, making them ideal for use in the food and beverage industry.

They are available in a variety of lengths (20, 30 and 40 inches) to meet a wide range of applications. Constructed with polypropylene media, core, and end seals for durability and compatibility. Designed for high operating temperatures up to 140°F (60°C) and maximum differential pressure of 50 psi (3.4 bar) with a nominal filtration efficiency of 90%.
