Breathers
Breathers are components commonly used in hydraulic systems, particularly in hydraulic reservoirs or tanks. Its main function is to allow air to enter or exit the reservoir as the fluid level changes due to hydraulic system operation, temperature variations, or fluid displacement. Filler breathers typically consist of a cap with a vent or breather element attached. The vent allows air to enter or exit the reservoir while preventing contaminants such as dust, dirt, and moisture from entering the system. Some filler breathers may also include features such as filters to further protect the hydraulic fluid from contamination.
